Weekly Challenge, 28th August – Take the Dis (out of disability).

This week the Choices and Rights Disability Coalition are inviting you to think about disability and to challenge your perceptions of what disability means to you…

Take the Dis (out of disability).

Take a photo, make a film, write a poem (or something else completely!) that shows us your ideas or images of disability. Your challenge can include images of disabled people including family members, workers, sports stars, actors and comedians.

If you have more time …
If you’re stuck for inspiration try watching this amazing video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IocLkk3aYlk. Why not talk to a disabled person? Compare your similarities, differences and abilities.

Think
Did this challenge make you think differently about your perceptions of disability?
