Weekly Challenge, 2nd October – Eat The World.

There are nearly 200 countries in the world, each one harbouring different cultures, ways of life and eating habits… Open Doors Project want you to think about this for this week’s Challenge Hull.

Eat The World – recreate a delicacy from another country.

Choose a different country to the one you’re from and look up some of their local delicacies to recreate in your own kitchen.

If you have more time …

Create a recipe book complete with photos of your finished dishes to share with friends.

Were any cuisines similar to your own? Did it make you think about cooking in a different way?

Share your new recipe and a photo of your food on social media using #ChallengeHull & #64MillionArtists. Tag Hull2017 on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and Open Doors Project on Twitter.

Don’t forget to share your challenge with us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
