What’s your role at 64 Million Artists and what do you love most about it?

I’m a freelance business coach and act as a consultant and critical friend to 64 Million Artists, helping the team on strategy and business planning. What I love most about working with 64 Million Artists is their commitment to their values, openness to new ways of working and boldness in their ambitions. It’s also great fun.

What is your favourite way to get creative?

I love making things. I like the process of starting with an idea and a bunch of materials and not always knowing how things will turn out. I also love solving messy problems and bring creativity to my practice as a coach and facilitator.

Why is creativity so important to you?

I believe that when we are creative we tap into our inner wisdom, helping us build self awareness and hone our powers of intuition and imagination. Being creative and in my flow brings me joy and confidence. I’m also a strong advocate for entrepreneurship, of which creativity is a key trait – an essential skill for working with change and uncertainty.
