What’s your role at 64 Million Artists and what do you love most about it?
I am the Programmes Coordinator and I love that I work with a brilliant team who I get to support in delivering work we are all proud of. I also love the variety- no day is the same!
What is your favourite way to get creative?
I love to get creative in many different ways but if I had to pick a favourite it would be dancing! That might be watching a dance performance, going to a dance class, could be on the dance floor at a party or even just throwing shapes by myself around my flat. I get a huge rush of endorphins when I engage with dance in any way.
Outside of work/in your free time, what are you most passionate about?
I am passionate about Herbalism! Learning about the medicinal properties of plants and how to harvest and prepare plant medicines. Herbalism is a multi-sensory experience and an amazing intersection of art and science. I love that it has reconnected me to nature and allowed me to tap into ancestral and folkloric wisdom around plants that has been largely forgotten by most.
