What’s your role at 64 Million Artists and what do you love most about it? 

I work on 64 Million Artists’ leadership programmes – designing content, leading training and sometimes as a coach too. What I love most is to get to play even a tiny part in the amazing work that the participants do in the world.

 

What is your favourite way to get creative?

My writing practice. Every week, I sit down, set a timer for 12 minutes, write while the timer is going, stop when it stops, and post what I wrote on LinkedIn. It’s changed how I write, how I speak and how I think.

 

Why is creativity so important to you?

Creativity shows us that we have agency in our lives: if we can make something from nothing, what can’t we do? That, and I just LOVE IT when ordinary people make really cool stuff.
