Alex Eisenberg
Leadership Facilitator and Coach
Alex Eisenberg supports people and teams to develop their leadership responsibly, navigate complexity and align so they can do their best work. He specialises in helping groups explore complex and sensitive issues, from anti-racism to the changes AI is bringing. With 64 Million Artists, he has delivered Leading Researchers at the universities of Edinburgh, Manchester, Newcastle and Cambridge.
He also co-founded the participatory design studio Soda, where he worked with the NHS and disability tech organisations to create inclusive products and services. Alex's approach is rooted in his practice as an artist and filmmaker. All his work is socially engaged and grounded in social justice: helping people find their voice, build community and belong, so we can all find more joy in our work and lives.
What is your favourite way to get creative?
For me, the best creative sparks come from working with others. I love collaborating and letting ideas bounce and zing, so we can create those "aha" moments that would never emerge alone. I also have an art practice making films that explore queer histories and archives, and I host a queer club night in London as a drag mum.
What’s your superpower?
Knowing how to sit in the fire. When things get hot, it's often a cue to slow down, stay there and try to uncover the wisdom in the heat. This isn't easy (no superpower is!), but when I tap into this resource, real transformation can happen for me and the groups I work with.
