Please can you introduce yourself to the 64 Million Artists community!

I’m Meg, an artist and creative wellbeing facilitator. I run Mind, Body and Earth, a growing community project that brings people together through art, nature, and creativity. I create spaces where people can slow down, connect, and reflect. I’m passionate about creativity as a tool for care, expression, and soft resistance. I’m especially interested in working with young people and making creative wellbeing accessible to those who don’t usually feel like these spaces are “for them.”

Creativity Is…

resistance

How has your creativity inspired change in yourself or with those around you?

Creativity has helped me soften and slow down. It’s changed how I move day-to-day; less about producing, more about processing, connecting, and noticing. In workshops, I’ve seen creativity unlock moments of honesty, joy, and belonging - especially for those who say, “I’m not creative.” I think creativity creates permission. To feel. To not know. To imagine something different. It’s helped me build spaces where people can be playful, vulnerable, and seen - and that’s the kind of change I want to keep making.
