Please can you introduce yourself to the 64 Million Artists community!
I am a learning and organisational development (L&OD) professional and an enthused facilitator and learning designer in leadership, culture and change. I have worked in Pakistan for most of my career before moving to the UK in 2022. I love making people uncomfortable (in the best way possible) around learning, growth and the whole narrative around change to make them REALLY think. My work is inspired by and co-created from listening and bringing out lived perspectives and lived experiences.
Creativity Is…
uncomfortably fun!
How has your creativity inspired change in yourself or with those around you?
Not always fun to talk about myself but through my learning design and facilitation, I have helped others around alike to think beyond their default modes. I believe that is what creativity is. And the impact that it has on me is tenfold in my own self-awareness, projection and perspectives. I believe wisdom is not in what we know but what we seek; and when we seek, we find the unfamiliar that shapes and permits our creativity.
