I am a certified professional coach with a background in psychology and over 20 years of leadership across humanitarian, environmental and human rights organisations worldwide. From negotiating at gunpoint in Congo to leading multicultural teams with global portfolios, I’ve learned that leadership is both creative and courageous. I bring curiosity, compassion and calm confidence to help people discover strengths, spark resilience and grow through change. I believe creativity is at the heart of leadership—whether in navigating uncertainty, connecting communities, or reimagining possibilities. Coaching, for me, is about creating space where reflection turns into transformation.

How has your creativity inspired change in yourself or with those around you?
I remember that I read somewhere when I was at university that writing is about problem solving. The same applies for creativity. It is a skill, an art, a capacity that allows us to find solutions, to imagine different ways to be and act, expanding our possibilities. Creativity also brings playfulness, a sense of joy and the idea that we should not take ourselves or life too seriously.
Creativity has helped me approach life in a lighter and more meaningful way, reminding myself that human kind is capable of positive change. In the end, it is about enjoying the ride.
