Creativity Is…

life.

How has your creativity inspired change in yourself or with those around you?

I have seen how exploring creativity can heal a broken heart caused by trauma, grief, and other life experiences. I have also observed how people use it to connect with their home country through dance, creative writing, and other art forms. Personally, it has given me a new appreciation for my culture and an opportunity to tell stories that need to be shared, helping people develop an interest in learning and taking action for dementia.
