Melissa Case

Coach and Facilitator

Melissa works with leaders, particularly in the public and third sectors, to have maximum impact in the work they do, and to thrive while doing it. She supports individuals to grow their self-awareness, confidence, and resilience to improve their leadership, particularly in high pressure environments.

With a background of 20 years in central government, she understands the complexity and challenge of working in big organisational structures, but she’s also seen first hand how seemingly small behaviour shifts in leaders can ripple out into positive personal and organisational waves. Supporting those ripples is her great motivator.

What is your favourite way to get creative?

Playing with language and metaphor—the right visual picture unlocks totally different levels of understanding. Also cooking, especially when I'm under no particular pressure to put a meal on the table for a feral hungry family.

What's your superpower?

I'm practical and pragmatic, but love to find the moments of joy in the everyday. Also, I am excellent at wearing hats (joyously practical).
