Creativity is... Courage

We've designed this program to nurture your creativity, providing time for self-reflection, connections with others, and a structured approach to exploring new possibilities and making commitments to yourself.

This week, 64 Million Artists are excited to be launching a new online programme called Creative Courage. Creative Courage takes place over 6 months, with 6 online sessions, weekly prompts and a self-designed creative journey. Creative Courage is a programme designed to give you the space to reflect on what is next for you, the courage to do it, and the community to support you.

Simply put, 'creativity' means to 'transcend traditional ideas, rules and patterns and make new ones'. Creativity is a catalyst that can enable us all to reconnect with the unique energy and courage needed for change, whether small shifts like daily habits or significant life transitions like career changes, becoming a parent, or stepping up into a new kind of leadership in your organisation or community.

We've designed this program to nurture your creativity, providing time for self-reflection, connections with others, and a structured approach to exploring new possibilities and making commitments to yourself.

Do

To listen to the creative prompt below, please use the Userway Accessibility plugin in the left-hand corner of the screen. If you need any further assistance, please contact [email protected]

Draw a figure or a shape that represents how you are feeling today.

Write inside it all the things that bring you courage. What are the ingredients you need to feel brave?

Write without thinking too much for around 5 mins and try to fill up the whole space.

Think

How many of the things you have written down do you feel you have access to right now? How courageous do you feel? What might bring you more of those? How might these things support connection with others?
