Dancing the Way

Creativity is... Dancing the Way.

Dance 4 Parkinson’s Wells, are a unique group established and run by individuals living with Parkinson's and other neurological conditions such as MS.

“Over the last 3 years dance has brought us together to keep active, have fun, and support each other in living well with Parkinson’s. We firmly believe that we are more than our diagnosis.

Dancing the Way - Finding Flow is a film we have created in collaboration with Somerset Film, Lerato Stanley-Dunn and Richard Tomlinson. It tells the story of our journey as a group and how much we live to be creative. It makes us feel better, it builds connection and inspires us to make change. We made the film to inspire others to Live Well and Dance to their full potential.

We hope you enjoy it. If you would like to support our group to develop and support more people you can donate here

Discover the film "Dancing the Way: Finding Flow." Immerse yourself in its creative energy and let the flow carry you away.

“We love being playful, silly and dramatic in our dance sessions. We find that one of the ways to get rid of your inhibitions is to play, don’t worry about steps or doing it right. Whether it’s pretending to ride a horse, dancing like Cathy looking for Heathcliff on the moors, creeping around like a spy, we respond to the music and have fun.“
