"I’m passionate about connecting people with the natural world through art. I run an arts collective called Sundial Arts where we create workshops and events promoting art as a tool to connect people with the environment. We host accessible workshops empowering communities to create while reflecting on their relationship with nature, working with organisations like St. Margaret's House. I chose this creative prompt because I find worms to be inspiring—they bring a sense of freedom and playfulness, while also humbling us out of our egos. Much of my work this year has been worm or soil-related, influenced by the time I’ve spent with my hands in the soil through gardening and conservation."
