Creativity has become my career, as well as my own personal way of relaxing & expressing myself in my free time as well! I try to bring creativity to every situation I'm in, and to encourage others to think about how they can make time for creativity too. I'm driven by the value that music & art has had in my own life and in supporting my own wellbeing whilst managing long term health conditions - creativity can bring me calm, energise me, or help me connect with others, all of which are so essential to everyday life & coping with the stresses of the world. It has been a privilege to learn about the many ways South East London residents engage in creativity as Creative Health Lead for South East London Integrated Care Board - from gardening, knitting, crafting, collaging, singing, dancing and cooking - there's so much potential for creativity to change health for the better!
