Head of Partnership Programmes

What's your role at 64 Million Artists, and what do you love most about it?

I am the Head of Partnership programmes at 64 Million Artists. My role is to lead the creation, development and management of new programmes that embed cultures of creativity in collaboration with partners. I am most in my element when working with others, asking questions, listening and seeing opportunities to pollinate something new to grow. I love that my role is about working with other people to explore how creativity can contribute to change in a way that is meaningful for them.

What is your favourite way to get creative?

It's so hard to pick one thing. If I had to choose, I would say anything that involves movement and sound. My best creative ideas come when I combine my mind and body, so whether moving to music, walking in nature, yoga with breath or doodling to tunes, I love connecting ideas, sounds and movement.

What's your superpower?

Seeing life as a dance. This worldview allows me to respond to different rhythms of life and switch roles between leading, following or being part of an ensemble. It lets me join the dots (steps), make connections, and see patterns. It also allows me to face challenges with ease; two steps forward, one step back is only a cha cha cha.

I began experiencing panic attacks, couldn’t…
