The Agency is a creative entrepreneurship programme enabling young people aged 15-25 from some of the most underserved areas in the UK to develop social change projects based on community needs and their desire for change. They are based in Belfast, Chester, Manchester, Bolton, Southampton and London.

How has your creativity inspired change in yourself or with those around you?
Creativity is the spark for change. It challenges us to re-imagine what’s possible and to spark new ideas to make out communities stronger. Together, we have learnt that creativity is not only about making art or projects, but about building confidence, trust and community. We see young people discover their voice, stand taller, and create ideas that reflect their lived realities. These sparks ripple outward, inspiring peers, families and neighbourhoods. Collectively, creativity has taught us to lead with imagination, to collaborate deeply, and to believe that new futures are possible when we create them together. Creativity is the engine of innovation.
